How Does Evolve Trim Body Sculpting Work?
A non-invasive alternative to liposuction, Evolve Trim reduces stubborn fat deposits, improves the appearance of cellulite, and shapes and contours the body. This FDA-cleared treatment uses a combination of clinically proven modalities including deep tissue heating, radiofrequency (RF) energy, and suction coupled with negative vacuum pressure.

Fat Reduction, Cellulite Reduction, & Skin Tightening
The radio-frequency energy distributes heat into the targeted tissue and underlying fat causing the tissue to heat and contract. Once the targeted tissue reaches temperature (43-44 degrees centigrade), a precise high voltage energy pulse is delivered to destroy the localized fat cells. The heating effect stimulates collagen which helps tighten the skin and fibrous tissues that cause cellulite. What Does Evolve Trim Feel Like? Does It Hurt?
The Evolve Trim body sculpting treatment is very comfortable. The six Evolve Trim applicators will be placed on top of the target area, and gently strapped into place. For buttocks and legs, three applicators will be placed on both sides.
When the treatment begins, the applicators will begin to heat up your skin. Once it reaches optimal temperature, your skin will feel very warm (but comfortable) and you’ll notice a gentle pulling sensation underneath the Evolve Trim paddles. These sensations are the radiofrequency energy and vacuum working together to smooth unwanted stubborn pockets of fat and remodel the tissue.
Evolve Trim Pre-Treatment Requirements
Health Disclaimer: The following pre-treatment steps are required prior to your Evolve Trim treatments at Mahima Med Spa.

Stop taking Retinol, hydroquinone, Tretinoins, AHAs or any other medication that compromises your skin 7 days prior to your treatments.

Do not receive any other laser treatments seven (7) days prior to your treatments

Do not get sunburned. We are unable to treat sunburned skin.

Avoid wearing makeup or lotions to your appointment

Evolve Trim Post-Treatment Care
Typically, patients will experience warmth and redness in the treated area which will subside after a few hours. However, you can get back to your regular activities immediately post treatment.
After each Evolve Trim session, we strongly recommend:​

Keep the skin of the treated area hydrated with a good moisturizer.

Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water and reduce alcohol intake between and after treatments.
